Admission Process
Step 1: Start by completing and submitting your child’s application form. Fill out application here.
Step 2: Interview and Testing
When Mobjack receives your application form, we will contact you to schedule an interview and new student intake testing. The interview will be conducted in person at Mobjack Christian Academy. The Admissions Office will also contact you to schedule testing.
Step 3: Forms and fees
After the interview all appropriate forms need to be filled out and turned back in, along with the application fee. The forms are:
– Physical examination form from child’s pediatrician
– Immunization form or your statement of objection
– Immunization form or your statement of objection
– Parent Contract
Registration fee is $350 ($800 family max)
After all admissions requirements have been met, the Mobjack Head of School will notify parents that the student has been accepted into the student body at Mobjack.
